Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of products and services operated by SFADDON India LLP ("SFADDON", "we", "us", "our") at sfaddon.com and its subdomains, including but not limited to SFPulse, SFCare, and any future products. By accessing or using any SFADDON product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SFADDON provides intelligent software products for SAP SuccessFactors. Our products connect to your SuccessFactors instance via standard OData and API interfaces to perform functions such as Health Intelligence, data transformation, configuration analysis, and synchronization.

The specific data access scope (read, write, or both) varies by product and is documented during the onboarding process. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the API permissions granted to each SFADDON product.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must have authorization from your organization to connect SFADDON products to your SuccessFactors tenant
• You are responsible for ensuring API credentials have appropriate permissions for the intended use
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at security@sfaddon.com

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SFADDON products to access SuccessFactors tenants you are not authorized to operate on
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary product logic
• Use our products to circumvent SAP SuccessFactors security controls
• Share product outputs or reports publicly without your organization's approval
• Use our products in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per tenant. All prices are stated on the pricing page. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Free trial. A 60-day Enterprise trial is available. Full access to every module, rule, and feature. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the service.

Cancellation. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.

6. Intellectual Property

SFADDON products, including their algorithms, rule engines, scoring methodologies, user interfaces, and documentation, are the intellectual property of SFADDON India LLP. All rights reserved.

SAP and SuccessFactors are trademarks of SAP SE. SFADDON is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SFADDON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, even if SFADDON has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

SFADDON's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice, or immediately for insolvency. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases and we will delete your data per the timeline set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
